This application allows you to monitor the daily or shift production of tomato bottles, recording the actual quantities produced and comparing them with the scheduled target.

How It Works

  1. Fill in the date, shift, and quantity produced.
  2. Add, if desired, the reference production target (e.g., 1500 bottles).
  3. Click on “Register production.”
  4. Each entry will appear in the summary with the percentage progress towards the target.
  5. The overall total will show the general progress of the production.

The data is saved in the browser session. They remain available until the page is closed or the session expires. For permanent saving, it is possible to manually export the data or integrate it with a database.

2. Can I add more departments or production lines?
Yes. The “Shift or Department” field can be used to indicate the packaging line, work shift, or production site.

3. Is it possible to set a fixed daily target?
Yes. Just enter the same value in the “Target” field or modify the code to auto-fill it.

4. Can the app calculate the average yield?
Currently, it calculates the percentage of progress for each shift and the total percentage. It can be easily extended to include the average yield per day or department.

5. Does it work on smartphones or tablets?
Yes. The interface is simple and adaptive, perfect for use in production environments directly next to the line.

6. Can the data be exported to Excel or CSV?
Not automatically, but they can be copied from the table and pasted into an Excel sheet for recording or archiving.
