Tomato Collection and Logistics Dashboard

The advanced version of the Tomato Collection and Logistics Dashboard integrates tools for visual analysis and reporting to guide operational decisions during the campaign.
In addition to recording daily activities (boxes, weights, destinations, vehicles, drivers), the app generates dynamically updating charts to track the daily progress of collections and the breakdown by plot, with CSV export and PDF creation features ready for use.

⚙️ How it works

• For each team, enter date, plot, number of boxes, and average weight per box, along with destination, vehicle, driver, and notes.
• Define a time range (from/to) to focus the analysis on a specific period (days, weeks, or the entire season).
• The system calculates total boxes and overall weight (kg), populates the historical data in a table, and updates the charts in real-time.

📊 Analysis and charts

• Daily chart 📈: shows the kg collected per date, ideal for understanding peaks, slow days, and the impact of weather conditions.
• Chart by plot 🗺️: highlights the contribution of each area; represented in doughnut format when there are few plots, in bars when there are many.
• The views are responsive and adapt to desktop and mobile screens.

🧾 Export and reports

• CSV: exports the complete data table for the selected period; it is compatible with spreadsheets and management software.
• PDF: generates a landscape report with header, period summary, and load table ready for printing or sharing via email.

Setting the period 01/07 – 31/08, the dashboard shows:

• Total of 2,420 boxes and 32,670 kg collected
• Daily trend with peaks on days after irrigation
• Breakdown by plot with the North Field at 40% of the total
  With one click, export CSV for economic analysis and a PDF for the briefing with the logistics team.
