This application allows you to monitor yogurt or skyr production in real-time, analyzing the main fermentation technical parameters: volume of milk processed, temperature, fermentation time, and dosages of ferments.
It is an ideal tool for transformation labs, small farms, and dairies producing artisanal yogurt or skyr and wishing to maintain consistent quality and yield of the product.

How it Works

  1. Enter the volume of milk (in liters) used for fermentation.
  2. Select the type of production (yogurt or skyr).
  3. Indicate the fermentation temperature (°C) and duration (hours).
  4. Enter the dosing of ferments (g/L).
  5. The app calculates:
    • the estimated yield in kg;
    • the residual whey in liters;
    • a technical assessment of the set parameters.
